In addition to client-specific sales training and consultation, ESB has introduced classroom training programs. The first of these is the 2-hour Alignment Workshop where we discuss the Inverted Funnel and the importance of putting customers before programming. The Workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs measure buyer interest in a product or service long before it’s delivered, or before coding begins.
