The ESB training program consists of 7 modules illustrated above in the sales pipe and below in the sales funnel. Our methodology is designed to take clients from defining who their customers are (align) to having in place the sales strategies, tools, and tactical skills to qualify and close them. In the process of working through our program, we write plans and playbooks, define messages, create emails, role play, and address client-specific needs.
